Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us at support@aukis.com.au within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: After processing (3–5 business days):
Express: 3–5 business days (AU delivery ~1 week)
Economy: 5–7 business days
Standard: 7–21 business days
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within Australia. For updates on international availability, subscribe to our newsletter.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return skincare products?
A: Only unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For safety reasons, opened skincare items are not eligible.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Email support@aukis.com.au within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Q: Are shipping costs refundable?
A: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes. All items are sourced from trusted Korean suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality.
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
A: Many of our products are formulated for sensitive or mature skin. However, we recommend checking ingredients carefully and performing a patch test before first use.
Q: Do you offer product bundles?
A: Yes, we offer curated anti-aging skincare bundles for mature skin, combining serums, creams, and masks for maximum results.
